It’s entertaining season, and while I’d love to argue that it’s always entertaining season, this is the time of year when we have people over the most. And I will be the first to say it: I love to use a semi-homemade mindset when it comes to quick and easy appetizers at home. First, it allows me to have most items on hand at all times. The Cracker UpgradeRemember the little rye toast appetizer from many years ago?! That has inspired so many dishes and snacks for me, it’s unbelievable. I love a cracker, but what I love even more is a prepared snacky cracker, already made, on a plate for everyone. Bonus points if they are warm, like heated for a few minutes in the oven so cheese melts and gets all gooey. Like these!...
