What I used to do after dinner (but not anymore!)

Hey reader

Evenings used to be my biggest struggle when it came to healthy eating.

After dinner was cleaned up, I'd find myself opening and closing the pantry door, looking for "a little something sweet."

One cookie would turn into an entire row in the package.

A small bowl of ice cream would become... well, you know how that story ends! πŸ˜…

My evening sugar binges were sabotaging all my healthy efforts during the day.

I'd wake up feeling icky, inflamed, and disappointed in myself.

The cycle would start all over again the next day.
