I’m very excited for the release of my newest book, The Great Book of Chocolate. This totally revised edition is filled with lots of new information about the world of chocolate, as well as a chapter on my favorite addresses for chocolate in Paris, and, yes, there are over 50 recipes that span the world of chocolate, including a chocolate cake from the late, great Maida Heatter that she appreciated so much she sent me a letter about it… Due to global events, it was a challenge planning an overseas trip, and some venues weren’t available on shorter notice. But I will be going to four cities — New York, New Jersey, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Alas, I can’t visit all the places I wanted to go, but you’re welcome to come visit me wherever I am. And yes, I’ll be doing an event in Paris, in late May, if you fancy a trip to Paris! π
If you can’t make it to an event and would like a personalized, signed copy of The Great Book of Chocolate, you can order one from Kitchen Arts & Letters (before May 2nd), Omnivore Books (before May 11th), or Now Serving LA (before May 14th), and they will send you a copy. (If they have a copy of one of my other books in stock, feel free to request a signed copy of that too, if you wish.) Below are the dates for the events. Note that a number of them are ticketed, which usually includes the price of the book. Ticketed events also help support the bookstores and ensure that a book will be available for you. If you have questions about events, feel free to contact the venue directly.
