Hi reader, A friend and I were just talking about how we’re in a cooking rut. It's the end of the school year, everyone's sick of the same meals, schedules are crazy, and we don't have a ton of time to devote to dinner. It’s giving stale and stressful. π« Thank goodness for audibly crispy, perfectly seasoned Gluten Free Chicken Cutlets that are made extra tender thanks to a simple slicing trick before pounding them thin. They're incredible!! We love these for dinner, but they also reheat perfectly in the Air Fryer. I like heating some up in the Air Fryer as a protein-packed after-school snack for my kids. This is one of those recipes that's inherently simple, yet SO DARN delicious. I can't wait for you to try it!
