One million people verify identity early ahead of Companies House changes  From 18 November 2025, all new and existing company directors and people with significant control (PSC) will need to verify their identity with Companies House. More than 1 million people have already verified their identity since we rolled out our identity verification service on a voluntary basis in April. Some of our fees are changing  We review our fees every year to make sure they're set at the right level and reflect the cost of delivering our services.
