I'm leaning into comfort food season...soups simmering on the stove, baking days, and plenty of easy dinners for busy nights. Here are the recipes I'm excited about this month! Zuppa Toscana- everyone loves this hearty soup! White Bean Soup- the coziest! Garlic Mashed Potatoes- always a good idea. Creamy Orzo- I also love this butternut squash version! Roasted Brussels Sprouts- great with any fall meal. Dinner Rolls- perfect every time! Pumpkin Cornbread- serve with soup, chili, or any meal! Lentil Bolognese- my current favorite EASY dinner. Ground Turkey Bowls- packed with protein and flavor! Beef Stroganoff- a classic! Sheet Pan Chicken- a dinner winner! Baked Mac & Cheese- comfort food! Butternut Squash Lasagna- the perfect fall meal! The BEST Pumpkin Pie- 10/10! Salted Caramel Apple Crumb Bars- these are incredible! Pumpkin Cake- this cake is life changing! EASY Apple Tart- beautiful and so easy!
