I live in Minnesota and I make A LOT OF SOUP. It's my cold-weather love language. These soups are the kind I crave on these cold nights, where you look out the window and it's already dark at 5:00pm. Good smells, gently bubbling pot on the stove, some bread in the oven... it's such a good feeling. I'm wishing that for all of us this week. ❤️
Last week, we put together a huge, awesome list of all my favorite soups in this post (30 total!) - you can click here to see the full list!
This one's always at the top of my list. Most delicious, most memorable, most cozy, and most compelling for bringing friends and family together around a table. ❤️
Just back-to-basics comfort food, right here! No flashy flavors or ingredients – just good ol' potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, and bites of bacon in a creamy homemade soup base.
I get excited to make this every year. 😍 Perfectly spicy noodles, tender short ribs, all swimming around in a ginger-spiked broth. Oooof it is SO GOOD.
A new favorite this fall! This was a combo I didn't know I needed. Silky-smooth carrot soup topped with spiced ground beef and pine nuts and a swoosh of yogurt. It's a delight!
