| I updated my old mac n cheese recipe thinking I was doing something great. A new an improved recipe! So then I posted it. I had new phots, a new video - a whole new look! But then the comments started to trickle in: "Can you send me the old recipe?" "I've been making it for years!' "It's the only thing my son requested" And so on. So, I started emailing everyone the old recipe and then finally I just decided to post the old recipe, again. So here they are. Choose your own adventure, my friends! | | Creamy
Baked Macaroni and Cheese This is absolutely creamy and delicious. It's roux-based which I think re-heats the best. It has four cheeses, but they're simple: colby jack, cheddar, mozzarella and gouda. A great classic combination. |

Baked Macaroni and Cheese This recipe is *demure*. It has a really delicious creamy interior and the panko topping gives it a nice crunch and texture. The cheeses are more bougie. It feels like it goes to the country club while the one above plays tennis on nice public courts. | | |
