I wanted to share this Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Energy Balls recipe with you. I love eating these as a snack in between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. They're the perfect, healthy sweet treat! Full recipe below -- enjoy! Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Energy Balls Prep time: 20 minutes Cook time: N/A Serves: 14 balls Ingredients: 1/3 cup honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup flaxseed meal 2 tablespoons chia seeds 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 3 tablespoons chocolate chips (or raisins) 2 scoops vanilla protein powder, optional -- if you add this, you may need to add 1 more tablespoon of honey Directions:
