Hi there!  There's a new salad recipe on the blog today: Crisp Celery Root Salad with Peanut Vinaigrette & Apple Celery root is one of my favorite vegetables and it absolutely shines in this salad. Crunchy and crisp with cabbage, kale, celery, salted chopped peanuts, apple, plump raisins (!!!), and tangy peanut maple vinaigrette. This would be a fun and unusual addition to a holiday meal, or just a nice cold weather salad to enjoy alongside a cozy soup. It's a real celebration of celery with the root, celery stalks, and celery seed all in the mix.
