My Favorite Fall Dinner Is Cozy and Comforting

In my experience, meatballs tend to be a hit with kids, and I love that this version, inspired by classic beef Stroganoff, can be served a lot of different ways. These beef Stroganoff meatballs start with lightly seasoned meatballs that are pan-seared and simmered with mushrooms in a super-savory, creamy gravy. You can spoon the meatballs and gravy over egg noodles, mashed potatoes, steamed rice, or creamy polenta — or just partner them with a chunk of crusty bread.
