Dry-stir-fried beef noodles is a Cantonese classic and a favourite among many. It was a daring task to attempt making this at home, but my husband accepted the challenge. With some regular thick noodles and high-quality beef from Sam's (the only place in Wuhan that I trust when buying beef), he went for it...and I'm glad to say that the results were delightful, at least much better than I had anticipated! 😉
