A new(ish) place specialising in Hainanese chicken (actually a Malaysian/Singaporean dish) has opened up in Wuhan and I had to go try it with Malaysian colleagues! In addition to the famous Hainanese chicken (not yet featured on the blog), we ordered some kaya butter toast and I gotta say it was amazing!!! Having just been to Malaysia in the summer, I think I was qualified enough to comment and give it the rating that it deserved. If I'm not qualified, then my Malaysian colleagues must be - and they gave their approval as well so yes, excellent stuff!
