My husband ordered this dessert-style glutinous rice dumpling dish and I was skeptical at first because the hot version that I had in Chaozhou (its place of origin) was kind of meh. But when presented in cold, dessert form, everything changes, especially when you combine it with a bunch of other goodies like red bean, lotus, and fresh milk. Not bad, I'd say!
