EVV: HHAeXchange Mobile Application Issue Resolved Sept. 20 HHSC is aware of an issue that prevented service providers from using the HHAeXchange mobile application to record visits on Saturday, Sept. 20. The issue was resolved at 6:17 p.m. that day. If service providers were unable to clock in or clock out during the outage, program providers, financial management services agencies and Consumer Directed Services employers responsible for visit maintenance must enter these visits manually into the EVV system within the visit maintenance time frame, which is 95 days after the date of service delivery. Select the following reason code: Reason Code: No Electronic Clock In or Clock Out Number: 210 Description: J — EVV system down Contact EVV with questions.
