Make one recipe, or make them all! You can easily swap the recipes in and out for the days of the week that work for you.
Use any of the extra toppings for this recipe (grilled veggies, tomatoes, etc) on the lentil tacos below. Yum! If you have leftover grilled chicken, it would be delicious.
Make extra of these wraps and keep in the freezer for easy lunches/dinners. I wrap the cooked and cooled wraps in plastic wrap or foil and place them all in a freezer ziploc bag - makes them easy to pull out one-by-one as needed.
Use extra chicken from the souvlaki meal above - or keep it meatless. If you make the grilled pork and veggie salad below, you could make extra green beans and serve it here.
The lentils in this recipe would work very well as a sub for the ground beef in the beef and bean wraps above (if you're looking for another meatless meal).
