Hello Friends! I'm back from a mini summer screen break— soaking up the sun, sand, and salty sea air with my family! It felt so good to unplug and be outside. ☀️⛱️🐚 But now? Let's talk sourdough galettes. This week, I'm sharing the foundation of one of my favorite summer desserts: buttery, flaky sourdough galette dough. It's simple to make (by hand or in a food processor), and you can use it right away (or chill it for up to 2 days). Next week, we'll assemble it into a juicy fruit galette.
