Hello everyone, I have a fun weekend recipe for you today - Popcorn Chicken! Everyone who's tried it has been eating it by the fistful. They can't stop! 😂 Way, way better than soggy greasy KFC popcorn chicken, this is a great one for people who aren't so confident with deep frying because it's just shallow fried, and quick to cook - it takes just 2 minutes to cook!
