What's Your Favorite Squash?

Hi there reader -- Walking through the produce aisle the other day, I was excited to see all the fresh winter squash that's in season. Like many of us, my mind tends to go straight to pumpkins when it thinks about fall produce. Pumpkins really dominate this time of year, and, as a result, the other squash tend to get sidelined. I, for one, am also a huge fan of butternut squash. I'll put it in a salad, chili, and even tacos. And let's not forget about acorn and spaghetti squash!
