I was surprised to find that Jollibee is a Filipino chain (didn't know the Philippines are famous for fried chicken...?), and I had never gotten around to trying it in Toronto until this summer. Gotta say that the chicken was damn good - anything beats KFC nowadays - and the mashed potato, which comes by default with any meal, earns extra points. I might be lovin' it 😉
