Hello everyone, hope you had a great weekend! I've got something a little special for you today - it's a fried rice with juicy bites of marinated beef. Steak bites in fried rice is not something you see often, but honestly, I feel it needs to become a thing because biting into those caramelised "sizzled" bits of beef jumbled through fried rice is SO GOOD.
