Here's Kaitlyn's 5 Star Review!
"This recipe is SO GOOD. Using sugar to pull the water out of the peaches worked great – doing the extra steps for the filling was worth the time because the flavor was amazing, and it didn't end up watery like other recipes I've tried. The crumble topping didn't absorb all the juices either. And that crumble topping is absolutely to die for. The cinnamon and nutmeg give it a nice, warm, cozy flavor. Be careful, though... if you eat too much of it before it goes in the oven, you won't have enough for the top! It's just. that. good. This peach crisp was perfect served warm with vanilla ice cream. I'll definitely be making this again! Side note: I made it in a 9×13 casserole dish instead of an 8×8. The only adjustment that I made for this was to make 1.5x the amount indicated for the topping. There were still plenty of peaches, but you could add more if you wanted."
