Squash these recipes in this month! #IYKYK
Hi reader,
It's been a gorgeous week with cool mornings and evenings so we've been able to open the windows and doors to air the house out.
Bliss! π€©
Even grocery shopping has been more enjoyable than usual with early fall produce filling the aisles. My kids and I have been picking a new-to-us grape variety each week to try — tear drop, autumn crisp, cotton candy, gum drops — who knew there were so many wonderful types of grapes at our fingertips?!
That said, it's time to start thinking fall, and all the fun produce coming our way. Butternut squash , apples , kale , spaghetti squash , sweet potatoes , cauliflower — the list goes on and on.
Today I'm sharing recipes that take advantage of the early fall fruits and veggies that are ripe and ready to start using right now.
Do you see something new, or an old favorite to try?
