❓❓ top 8 questions about how meal plans save money

Hi reader,

Anytime I say "if you have any questions, just hit "reply" and let me know," y'all take me up on the offer. And I absolutely love it!!

But you guys REALLY came through this time, LOL!!

I'm sending out the questions I'm asked most often about Meal Planning Bootcamp. Enrollment ends in FOUR DAYS (this Monday), so I want to get these into your hands ASAP.

(If you have a question that I didn't answer below, just let me know!! :) )

1) Who exactly is Meal Planning Bootcamp for?

If you consider yourself an "expert" at meal planning (meaning, you've been doing it for decades and feel like you have a good thing going), and you're not concerned about saving money or streamlining your efforts, then you may not feel the need to join Meal Planning Bootcamp.

(However, you're absolutely welcome to join and be part of the fun!)

If you consider yourself a "beginner" at meal planning (meaning, you've heard about it, maybe tried it once or twice, but are SERIOUS about mastering this skill and making progress), then you're going to LOVE the detail of this course and how everything is laid out step-by-step.

You'll be able to connect with other like-minded planners, learn the simple 5-step meal planning process and see the fruit of your efforts right away.

If you consider yourself an "intermediate" at meal planning (meaning, you've been doing it perhaps on and off for a while, but feel like you're missing something or know you could be doing it better), then you'll also love how the 5-step meal planning process is laid out for you, so all you have to do is follow it each week.

Plus you'll be able to use the more advanced techniques that allow you to really streamline your efforts, rack up the savings, spend less time in the kitchen, and keep up with meal planning each week without getting overwhelmed.

If you're in the second or third group, Meal Planning Bootcamp was tailor-made for you. :)

This course exceeded my expectations - it's by far the best course yet!

Thank you, so very much! - Rege

2) When does enrollment close?

You can lock in early bird pricing and save $10 by signing up today - use coupon code EARLYBIRD at checkout.

Enrollment closes this Monday, January 10th at 11:59pm PT.

3) When does enrollment re-open?

Meal Planning Bootcamp will not be available to the public again until 2023.

4) Can you tell me more about the bonuses?

Of course! Bonus #1 is my Meal Planning Around Food Shortages strategy guide.

Our gut says to panic when we see bare grocery store shelves, but this strategy guide explains how to avoid this by being prepared for the "just in case," as well as how to make last minute changes to your meal plan when the store doesn't have what you need.

Bonus #2 is What to Stock in a Real Food Pantry cheat sheet.

Having a well-stocked pantry can be a huge lifesaver when the meal plan goes off track, but it's super important that you fill it with foods that will actually HELP you when you're in a pinch. This cheat sheet will walk you through exactly what YOU need to have on hand, and what you can skip.

This course has been so helpful! I'm already using up my fridge contents,

throwing out way less, and actually having an answer to the question,
"What's for dinner?" - Christa

5) How long is the course?

The course is 5 weeks long, but to get the most out of Meal Planning Bootcamp, I recommend committing to the 5-step meal planning process for at least 3 months. (Remember that meal planning is a skill, and it takes practice in order to get better!).

Don't worry - once you learn the 5-step process, you can make meal plans in as little as 15 minutes each week. (And besides, you've gotta figure out what to make for dinner anyway, right?)

6) How is the course structured? (i.e. Do I have to be somewhere at a certain time? Or can I work on this at my own pace?)

The course is instructor-led and self-paced. That means that I'll send you emails every week telling you what lessons you should work on, and you can work on them as your schedule allows that week.

If you choose the Core + Community tier, I'll teach lessons live each week on Mondays at 11am ET. The replays will be inside the community group if you can't make it live.

If you need to take longer for a particular lesson, no worries. You can keep working at your own pace. You have lifetime access to the course and you're invited to "reset" with us anytime enrollment is open in the future.

7) Will I see a return on this investment?

If you join today and all Meal Planning Bootcamp does is help you save $30 in a year, it pays for itself.

And because of the snowball effect of saving money each month, anything you save above that means you're seeing a return.

So let me ask YOU a question…

Do you think that by being immersed in Meal Planning Bootcamp, you'll come across an idea (or two) that will help you save $30 in a year?

Of course!

That's why this will be one of the best investments you'll ever make.

Thank you so much for this course - it is phenomenal! - Sally
