Intentions for the Week- Week 5 in 2022
Happy Monday, friends!
This weekend, I had some alone time, some girl time, some time in the yard, and time to clean the house.
This January I cut back on drinking and cut out bread and am feeling pretty good. My next goal is to get back to keeping up with my
food journal practice. The holidays made me abandon it but I’m ready to start being more mindful of what I’m eating/how I’m feeling. It’s a really good way of checking in with myself throughout the day. The problem is I moved it from where it’s supposed to be on my kitchen table and without that visual prompt, it’s hard for me to keep up the routine. I’m only telling you this because you are inadvertently my accountability buddy, so boop! That’s my plan.

- keep track of my steps with my Fitbit
- send package to FIL (waiting on Casey)

- drink more water

- work on store inventory/order stuff
- spend time working in my Currently Workbook

- finalize imperfect produce order (here’s $80 off!)
- keep Cooper on track for school
- basketball + basketball practices
- lunch with Dad
- keep track of what I eat in my food journal
