How is everyone?

Summer means I get to enjoy loads of tropical fruits and stone fruits.
And my all time favourite fruit is definitely mangoes.
I can never say no to mango :).

Thinking about mango, I remember the taste of mango tiramisu where I added mascarpone cheese with cream.
It was so good! So tasty.
Mango and mascarpone cheese goes so well together.

Instead of making mango tiramisu again, this time I chose to bake a swiss roll cake and add these two items together.
