NIFA's Higher Education Multicultural Scholars (MSP) program provides scholarships to support recruiting, engaging, retaining, mentoring, and training committed multicultural scholars, resulting in either baccalaureate degrees within the food and agricultural science disciplines or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees for historically underrepresented and underserved groups. The MSP program increases the multicultural diversity of the U.S. food and agricultural scientific and professional workforce, by providing competitive grants to colleges and universities. Application deadline: March 23. For more information, read the MSP funding opportunity announcement.
