Cinnamon Rolls
Hi reader,
This is honestly a difficult email to write because things get pretty emotional over here when we start thinking too hard about these cinnamon rolls.
These exquisitely gooey, soft, pull-apart, cinnamon-slathered, perfectly-glazed little pillows of sheer joy and wonder. WELP, HERE COME THE TEARS.
They start with a homemade brioche dough, get a little silky smooth cream cheese glaze somewhere at the midpoint, and then end with you wondering why you waited your whole life to make the perfect cinnamon roll.
Here we are. They take a little time, a little patience, a little love and a lot of butter to bring together, but every single second is worth it. Plus this recipe makes enough dough for three batches so everything about your holiday season is about to get so much more merry, and so much more bright, and so so so much more delicious.
