Hi ,
As much as I love the movie Ratatouille, I love the dish even more. It's
- aromatic,
- rich,
- melt-in-your-mouth tender,
- and brimming with fresh produce.
I crave it year-round, but I resist making it until late summer, when all the ingredients are in season.
Finally, it's ratatouille time!
After months of waiting, I loaded my bags with
- peppers,
- eggplant,
- summer squash,
- and tomatoes
at the farmers market this morning. I am SO excited to make a big pot of ratatouille for dinner tonight!
