Hope things are well..
I can kind of feel that fall ππ feeling is in the air… we are getting more cooler days now which is nice.
With fall coming, I was reminded of making Kimjang Kimchis and then I realized a round-up post of recipes that use Saeujeot was a good thing to have - in case you buy it and then don't know what to do with it afterwards. Because I know, other than making Kimchi, many struggle to use this ingredient.
BTW, if you don't know much about Saeujeot, it's a very important Korean seasoning ingredient. Tiny shrimps are salted and fermented for months and then used in Kimchi seasoning but also used as a condiment and in other dishes.
