Hi reader, Summer is winding down and all the kiddos are going back to school. Even so, I think most of us are still grilling as much as we can. And that's what I'm talking about today... an Asian Grilled Chicken and Veggie Salad!
With coleslaw, snap peas, red peppers, cucumber, jalapeno and green onions, tossed in a savory and slightly sweet ginger garlic dressing.
