M3 | Hampshire | Carriageway Blocked | Long Delays 60 minutes The M3 is blocked eastbound between J6 and J5 near Basingstoke due to a road traffic collision. There are currently over 60 minute delays on the approach to the incident and 5 miles of congestion. Work continues at scene and it is expected that lanes will be opened shortly so traffic can flow past the incident. Road users are advised to expect delays and allow extra time for their journeys.
