Tomorrow is Cinco De Mayo and well, I'm pretty excited about it!
If you know me, then you know I LOVE Mexican food. My whole family does!
So I wanted to share the love a little bit and give you some of my favorite Mexican and Tex-Mex inspired recipes!
I've included one of my favorite recipes for a Crockpot Salsa Chicken- perfect for tacos, nachos, and burritos.
An easy recipe for Chicken Fajitas (you can use beef too!) that's all made on one sheet pan for super easy cleanup!
And some cheat-day Chili Cheese Tater Tot Nachos--just because you're worth it.
I also have a sweet and spicy sauce to slather on it all and a DIY spice blend that will make everything taste like a fiesta for your tastebuds!
