What you should know about probiotics. 🌿

Hi There,

We all know that probiotics are essential for good health, right? They nourish the digestive system, support skin and heart, and can even make micronutrients in your gut.

But, here's a secret: most probiotic supplements don't really work the way you think.  That's because in order to actually convey all those benefits, they actually have to survive the digestive process.  And many just aren't up to the task.

And while you can eat loads of fermented foods - which are rich in beneficial bacteria, it's tough to tell what strains they actually contain. And if you're really into supporting gut health, the strain matters.

So, a couple of years ago I started taking a supplement called Seed.  And I really like it. It's impeccably researched, sustainably sourced, and is designed to withstand digestion so it can actually deliver probiotics to your gut.

Here's why I take it:

  1. Research-backed Strains. It contains about 24 probiotic strains that are incredibly well-researched.
  2. It contains strains that are hard to get from fermented foods. We eat a ton of fermented foods - yogurt and sauerkraut and kombucha. But, this contains strains that are hard to find in fermented foods, but are often found in healthy human microbiomes.
  3. It contains Prebiotics. PREbiotics are optimal food for PRObiotics (beneficial bacteria). They're included so that they can help those beneficial bacteria thrive and do their work once they reach your gut.
  4. The capsule protects delicate strains so they can make it to your gut.
