Make one recipe, or make them all! You can easily swap the recipes in and out for the days of the week that work for you. These menu plans are meant to be a starting place to make menu planning easier!
We love serving this chicken in tacos, on salads, made into quesadillas, wrapped up in burritos, or served over rice with lots of taco-style toppings (kind of like a chicken burrito bowl).
These wraps are so customizable. If you've made the chicken or pork tenderloin above, you can sub either meat in for the ground beef in this recipe (making the wraps even easier to make).
This meal is adaptable to a lot of different vegetables (add additional veggies or swap out the zucchini for broccoli, yellow squash, green beans, etc). You can also skip cooking the chicken in the first step and add cooked, chopped chicken (like rotisserie chicken meat) at the end and heat through.
You can easily make this meal meatless by leaving out the chicken. If doing so, I'd suggest adding extra vegetables or a can of rinsed and drained beans.
