The spiciest dish I had in Changsha, one of the "spiciness capitals" of China, ended up being...noodles for breakfast? I didn't expect my breakfast to be this spicy (though it should be expected by default in Changsha) but I enjoyed it...at the time. Spare ribs were great but the spiciness stayed with me for the entire day...!
