New recipe published this week: Kale Crunch Salad! Before you keep scrolling, wondering why of all the delicious things I could have copycatted from a popular fast food joint, I chose the 3-ingredient salad (I know you thought it) let me state my case!
I love this simple side! No matter what I'm ordering I usually grab their kale crunch side just as a little veggie starter. It uses a greens blend that I prep all the time at home: finely chopped kale and cabbage, along with a simple and light sweet and tangy dressing, and some chopped almonds. (It's kind of kind a scaled down version of this other delicious salad.)
It's a great one to prep ahead and works as a perfect base for all kinds of other toppings and add-ins. I prep the greens and eat them all week long. Trust me that it's one of those recipes that tastes WAY better than you expect it to, given the simple ingredients. Check it out and let me know what you think!
In addition, below you'll find a few recipes that made it onto my own kitchen table this week, and also The Good List, where I've got several things that have me feeling like spring is arriving.
Enjoy and eat something delicious this weekend!

On Our Table This Week
A peek at a few of the real-life recipes we made at home this week, with links if you need ideas!
sCreamy Chicken Noodle Casserole- someone in my Facebook Group was looking for this recipe recently, and I remembered it needed some new pictures so it got a refresh! I hadn't made it in a while and my kids LOVED it.
XL Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies- I made a few of these extra large cookies for a recent reel (currently going viral- watch here!) The trick to these huge bakery style cookies is to do 4oz dough balls stacked high and baked from frozen! They were insane.
We also ordered Pizza one night and they accidentally doubled our order (without double charging us) so we ended up with 8 pizzas and ate them for 3 days haha.
The Good List is where I share the food, finds, and everyday favorites I'd tell you about if you were sitting at my kitchen counter!
I love scallops and I was so impressed by the quality of this dish line for the price point! One of the perks of my job is that I always need one-off plates for photography, so I grabbed a few things, but I considered buying a whole set of these in the salad/dessert plate size. The serving bowl is adorable too ($18 and feels so high end!) So many great pieces and a really affordable price.
I shared some social media stories this week about individually sealing my favorite freezer burritos and had lots of questions about my food saver. This is the model I have and I use it a lot! (They often have one for sale at Costco as well if you want to keep your eye out there). A lot of people requested a demo, so I'll try to do that on IG next week.
Okay it's just shy of $22 but still. I did a double take when I saw this cutie at Walmart and popped it in my cart. Someone on Instagram told me she stocked up on these to give as birthday gifts filled with flowers and I thought that was brilliant!
I love Scrub Daddy (I actually prefer the Mommy!) sponges. My friend gave me this little holder years ago and I've been a fan ever since. It also comes in stainless steel, and keeps it up and out of the way so it stays dry and clean!
I know not everyone is into big box store candles but I have to admit when those 3-wicks go on sale, I usually grab a few. I just made my way through all my winter-scented candles and this lemon one was such a lovely fresh scent that I've been loving.
Some product links may be affiliate links, which simply means I may earn a small commission if you purchase through them. That said, nothing on The Good List is ever sponsored or part of a brand partnership - these are all things I buy myself and love enough to share with my friends (that's you!)
