| Hello everyone - I hope you've had a great week! Today's recipe is for the weekend, a very special Salted Caramel Cheesecake. Not just caramel on top, but swirls of buttery salted caramel baked right through the creamy cheesecake so every bite gets that sweet-salty hit. It took some experimenting to get the caramel-to-cheesecake ratio just right (truthfully it is annoyingly difficult - have a laugh at my duds in the post!). But I got there!
