For a lunch meal in Changsha, we had wanted to get souffle as the dessert of a meal combo, but being told that it wouldn't be ready for a while, we opted for the tartar spicy wings as an appetizer instead. In addition to our main course, we also got a side of sweet potato fries. Both appetizers featured here turned out to be excellent choices, especially the wings - perfect spiciness, and I just can't resist a good sauce to go along with anything!!!
