| Hi everyone, Chef JB here! I hope you still have a little room left after the delicious Golden Saffron Rice Bake published by Nagi last Friday. How good was that!! Today's recipe is an upgraded version (at least I'd like to think it is ☺️) of a classic pork schnitzel. Thanks to the Herbes de Provence, a beautiful herb blend from the south of France mixed into the breadcrumbs. Bon appΓ©tit! - JB
