As much as I love my carbs, I've noticed that now that I'm almost 50, carbs hit different. Especially when it comes to lunch.
Back when I worked outside the home, I needed a meal that filled me up and kept me energized through that 3 p.m. slump—because sadly, napping under my desk was not an option ๐
