These raspberry sweet rolls are so delicious that my family is already asking when we can make them again even though they ate their body weight in them for a week straight as they helped me taste test and get the recipe perfect. π

Tomorrow is my birthday. Somehow, I'm turning 48. π And while I can't eat everything I want to right now (anti-inflammatory diet going strong πͺπΌ), I'm feeling really blessed to be celebrating another birthday.
My brother who lives across the country texted me last week and said "any big plans for your birthday?" and my response was "gladly, no." π
I am a homebody to the core, and my ideal birthday is staying home in cozy clothes and doing whatever the heck I want with no accountability to anyone. That's probably insanely boring to some of you, I know, but it's my birthday wish every year, and I'm ecstatic when it actually happens.
