Daikon radish cake is a childhood favourite dim sum and is still common in Cantonese dim sum places, but nowadays they're often cut into rectangular pieces instead of remaining in their original square(ish) form after pan-frying. These ones retain the old style and are reminiscent of the good ol' childhood days of classic dim sum. Lovin' it!
