The 4th of July is right around the corner. Like, in five days! And if you're like me, you're already thinking about what you're going to eat. Yes, you ARE my people.
Whether you're grilling in the backyard, heading to the lake, or just soaking up the long weekend vibes, here's a little cheat sheet of my favorite summer holiday recipes. We've got juicy burgers, summer salads, creamy dips, lots of desserts, and more — all easy, crowd-friendly, and totally delicious.
If you make one dessert for the weekend, let it be this. Layers of marshmallows and chocolate sandwiched between a peanut butter cookie crust. Yes, yes. yes.
I like to have this ready to go for all the chip-dipping that happens in between lunch and dinner, but also to slather on sandwiches and burgers (or maybe even some eggs for breakfast!?). It's SO good.
These are the perfect little tag-along for the weekend - they're easy to make and speckled with bright red dried strawberries for a fun little festive vibe!
