It's summer!
And there's no shame if you have mixed feelings about it.
You may be thankful for a break from hectic mornings, homework stress, and packing lunches.
You might be scrambling for childcare or wondering how you're going to fill the long days while keeping your house and sanity intact.
You may be savoring the lazy days or counting down the minutes to school starting again. Or both, depending on the day.
There's no one way to feel about summer.
But no matter how you're feeling, I hope you find something fun and helpful in my annual Summer Survival Guide.
So...β
βοΈ If you're heading on vacation and are overwhelmed with the idea of getting everyone fed, get my free Vacation Meal Planner.β

βοΈ If you've got teens and tweens and would like to see their nose in a book more often, here are 90+ titles that come recommended by me and other Real Mom Nutrition readers.β

βοΈ And finally, if you're home and everyone's bored, here's a master list of things to read, watch, and make when you're stuck at home. β
Have a great weekend,
