Grilled Chicken Kabobs

These chicken kabobs are one of my go-to summer recipes—juicy, full of flavor from a yogurt and spice marinade, and always a hit. Serve them over rice or with a simple salad, and if you're short on time, skip the skewers and grill the chicken pieces whole. Just a heads-up: make extra. The first time I made these for a crowd, I actually ran out of food.
