Good steak is not the cheapest thing out there even if we buy it and cook it ourselves, so it's always a treat when we decide to have a steak dinner. And obviously we'd choose to cook it ourselves because you simply can't find quality steak in restaurants in Wuhan. This was one of the more satisfactory attempts at a perfect medium-rare, with rib-eye from Sam's and my signature mashed potatoes. Again soon?!
