I’ve written extensively about how I don’t love any sort of traditional meal prep. What I DO love is spending a few minutes each day prepping easy ingredients (cuttings fruit! Dressings! Grilling chicken, etc) that I can use in meals. I still plan out our meals but this way, much of the work is done already. Meaning I don’t have to spend a ton of time during those meal hours bringing everything together. And when I do the prep, it tends to happen when I’m already in the kitchen cooking something else. Some of our summer weeks are packed and will require more or less! This one was rather slow in activities but we have lots of plans, so this is a snapshot of what I made on Sunday & Monday.
