Let me take a minute to tell you my story—because this isn't just a business to me. This is my life. And honestly, it's probably not all that different from yours.
When I started my healthy lifestyle journey 14 years ago, I was a full-time working mom with two little girls, a demanding schedule, and very little energy for me. My girls were 3 and 5 years old, and I felt like I was always behind—on laundry, on meals, on sleep, and definitely on taking care of myself.
❌ I didn't want to "go on a diet."
❌ I didn't have time for 6-week bootcamps.
❌ And I didn't want another plan that made me feel like a failure if I didn't follow it perfectly.
✅ What I did want was structure.
I wanted simple, doable routines that would fit into my already full life. I wanted food that helped me feel good—but that didn't take hours in the kitchen.
And most of all, I wanted to feel like myself again. Actually, I wanted to feel better because let's be honest…I always struggled with my weight.
So I started small.
One routine. One meal prep strategy. One new habit at a time.
And little by little, it worked.
Over the years, I've navigated:
Raising kids
A divorce
Career changes
Life during COVID
Loss, heartbreak, and rebuilding
And most recently, the emotional rollercoaster of my girls leaving for college.
And through it all, the same healthy habits I started 14 years ago have helped me stay grounded, stay consistent, and keep coming back to myself—even when life didn't go as planned.
This isn't a trendy program pulled together overnight.
This is everything I've created, tested, and refined during real life—the messy, beautiful, exhausting, inspiring seasons we all go through.
