Some days in the summer are a flurry to get out the door, and others are beautifully slow.
These breakfasts are some of my family's favorites for BOTH types of mornings!
I'm extremely partial to the classic fluffy blueberry pancakes, but I'm really excited to bring the breakfast tostadas back into my rotation (typically for a 10 a.m. hit) now that some of my mornings will be a little more leisurely.
These breakfasts are all things I'd make on my own, but they're also super family-friendly to get everybody off to a good start!
We make these muffins all summer long, and so do you guys. I see pictures of them on Instagram all the time. They're super delicious, and I also love that they're sweetened with dates so they're extra feel-good and high-fiber!
